Stay on the right side of the rules.

EUDR, BNG, SFI and NVZ all want parcel-level evidence. The sensors capture it. The dashboard exports it. You keep farming.

What the rules want

Three UK-relevant regimes. Here is what you owe each one.

  • EUDR Smaller operators: 30 June 2027

If you sell into the EU, every commodity needs parcel-level provenance. Large operators are caught from 30 December 2026; micro and small operators get a simplified track to 30 June 2027. Our sensor and harvest records cover the field side: geolocation, dates, what was grown where.

  • BNG Mandatory November 2026

Biodiversity Net Gain on every UK development needs habitat baselines. The sensors covering soil already cover adjacency: habitat, hedgerow proximity, microclimate.

  • SFI and NVZ In force

Five years of nutrient records, kept on file. We log every NPK reading. Export them when DEFRA or the Environment Agency asks.

What you get

  • A solar-powered LoRa sensor that lives in the ground.
  • A dashboard that turns raw readings into plain-language alerts.
  • Smart Fertilisation that doses NPK from the same sensor data.
  • Export-ready records for whichever regulator comes calling.
AgriHub360 is not a registry, a verifier or a certification body. We are the field-level data those bodies sit on top of. You keep the audit trail, we keep the kit running.
